Includes shampoo, braid-down, and prep for your install. Hair does not need to be washed prior to your appointment but it does need to be detangled. If you don’t book a remove, your lace or wig must still be dropped off 24 hours before your appointment. 💖 BOOKING POLICY 1. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. 2. Same-Day Customizing is available as an add-on for $50  • (No same-day color; lace must be dropped off at least 5 days before your appointment.) 3. All wigs and lace must be dropped off at least 24 hours before your appointment.  • (No drop-offs accepted on Sundays or Mondays unless scheduled in advance.) 4. Please book Extra Styling if you want curls or crimps — all installs include a flat iron style only. 5. Do not book immediately before an event — I do not rush appointments. 6. All payment methods are accepted: card, cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, CashApp and Afterpay 💳💵📱 ⸻ ⏰ LATE POLICY 1. After 15 minutes late = $10 late fee. 2. After 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. 3. Please communicate if you’re running behind — I understand life happens! 💕 ⸻ 💅🏽 ETIQUETTE POLICY 1. No extra guests unless being serviced. 2. Please keep volume low in hallways and shared salon areas. 3. Book all desired services in advance — I may not have time to add additional services during your appointment.
